Chris was appointed as non-executive independent Chair of Fusion21 in January 2009 and works closely with the established Board, Chief Executive and the Fusion21 team.

Dave is responsible for the overall strategic management and future direction of Fusion21. He is instrumental in shaping the vision for the organisation, and is a champion for innovation, collaboration and sustainability.

As Head of Skills, Jan is responsible for driving the development and performance of our Training and Employment services. Jan’s team deliver training and employment opportunities for local people, and as part of our commitment to improving lives, Jan has recently introduced new opportunities through the government’s Future Jobs Fund scheme in Merseyside.
 

Role Overview

Helen heads up our Procurement Services, leading a team of procurement specialists in planned & responsive maintenance, facilities management, and corporate services.  She has overseen the introduction of new procurement services including Facilities Management, and Legal and Insurance Services.
Helen also looks after our Consultancy Services.

Role Overview

Peter is responsible for the leadership and management of our Finance Team. His team look after all areas of financial performance, supporting our current and future activities. Peter also plays an important role in liaising with our clients on financial reporting.

Mark leads our Business Operations team, who are responsible for supporting the organisation in day to day operations. Mark also oversees our corporate services, including HR, Information and Risk Management.
