Modular off-site construction is an innovative and cost-effective way to deliver buildings for the 21st century.

It offers a flexible solution for education providers and local authorities who require safe learning spaces to support growing student numbers – in addition to offering modular accommodation for the public sector.

This framework provides national coverage, with a regionally appointed supply chain for lots 1 and 2.

Lot 2 supports the delivery of both standard singular/ double modular classrooms and advanced solutions that are closer to permanent structures

Key Information

It consists of hire (lot 1) and has three lots covering modular construction: up to £750k value (lot 2), £750k to £3m (lot 3) and £3m plus (lot 4), with the latter two lots offering a single supply partner for even greater efficiency gains.
