National Procurement Solution
Inspired by £millions of efficiency gains, early programme delivery and a hugely successful skills programme Fusion21 has developed the National Procurement Solution to enable any organisation within the social housing sector, and indeed the public sector as a whole, to access the frameworks to meet its housing stock and planned maintenance commitments.
Comprising a total of seventeen EU compliant framework agreements, the National Procurement Solution offers a wide range of works from Decent Homes to Digital TV to Void Security & Management.
"Better Buys"The recent report by the Audit Commission highlighted both the benefits of and many of the barriers to working collaboratively. The National Procurement Solution cuts through the obstacles enabling any public sector organisation regardless of size, stock location and size of programme investment to make use of the framework contracts.
Tackling WorklessnessFusion21 is committed to tackling worklessness - our Skills Programme is creating sustainable employment with our members, contractors and suppliers; we are delivering skills training to our members, to their residents, to our contractors, our suppliers and to the wider community.
Our contractors have committed to recruiting trainees and pay a 1% of contract value level to help support our ongoing development and expansion of this important area.
A Commitment to SustainabilitySustainability and the environment were fundamental considerations in the choice of products, suppliers and contractors to appoint to the National Procurement Solution frameworks. In the coming months our sustainable activities will develop further.
