Role: Corporate Social Responsibility Manager 

Salary: £30k-£40k

About the role:

We’re recruiting for an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager responsible for the management of all social value through the Planning System activity for Fusion21.

This role will support local authorities and developers to secure training and employment opportunities directly linked to public planning processes which benefits local people, communities and businesses.

The successful candidate will deliver key social value programmes as part of section 106, CIL and other planning legislation.

Key duties include:

  • Designing social value programmes to meet the needs of local authorities and support the implementation with developers;
  • Planning and executing all operational activity, including programme management, revenue and expenditure control and invoicing;
  • Ensuring regular monitoring, measuring and reporting of outcomes takes place to capture, track and report on all social impact generated;
  • Managing key relationships with local authorities, developers and training and employment organisations. 

About you:

We’re searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, possessing strong leadership qualities evidenced by a good record of managing staff and/or consultants/contractors.

Having previously managed activity linked to creating social value ideally in a commercial setting, the successful candidate will also have experience of implementing social value in the planning system.

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong project management skills are a must plus the ability to influence people and thrive in a change environment.

Assessments and interviews will be held on 26th February 2018 - 9th March 2018
