Fusion21 Acquires Atom Regeneration

Fusion21 has acquired Atom Regeneration Limited. Atom provides a highly specialist service, supporting public sector organisations and major contractors with the delivery of employment and skills opportunities for local people, within major construction projects.

James Flannery of Atom Regeneration will now join Fusion21 as Director of Community Regeneration.

James has over 25 years experience of working in the construction and regeneration sector for both private and public sector organisations. Over the past 6 years this experience has been directly involved with delivering services as part of Atom Regeneration Ltd and Atom Community Regeneration Ltd aimed at improving the Liverpool City Regions’ development, regeneration, skills and employment agenda.

Personally James has been a member of the Merseyside Employer Coalition Board for over 9 years and has championed opportunities for local people in Liverpool City Region for many years. He is a passionate advocate of maximising as many opportunities as possible for local people.

Fusion21 were advised by Brian McCann and Adam McGowan from MC Vanguard, the Liverpool based Corporate Finance arm of Mitchell Charlesworth with Kieran Donovan from solicitors Bermans providing the legal advice.
