Fusion21 scales new heights as it releases High Rise Refurbishment Framework
A new High Rise Refurbishment Framework has been released by Fusion21 for its members to use in the refurbishment of high rise properties.
Seven companies have been appointed to the framework which could see millions of pounds worth of work released over the next four years as local councils and registered social landlords seek to invest in the maintenance of a key part of their stock portfolios. The framework covers the supply and installation of materials and is available for either direct call-off or call-off after a mini competition between the appointed contractors.
With no specified lots, the flexibility of this framework presents the opportunity to ensure High Rise owners take an integrated approach to managing stock.
This framework agreement covers any works related to multi-story blocks, and associated environmental works, including: External Elevation Improvements, External Area Improvements, Communal Area Improvements, Improvements to Individual Properties, Energy Efficiency Improvements, and Structural Works. It can be accessed for properties nationally.
All appointed contractors to the framework have an excellent record of working on High Rise properties and include: HT Forrest Ltd, Henry Boot Construction Ltd, Keepmoat Regeneration Ltd, Bullock Construction Ltd, Seddon Construction Ltd, Lawtech Ltd, P Casey & Co Ltd.
