First Dynamic Purchasing System for Fire Suppression Systems Now Live - Worth up to £150 Million

Fusion21’s national dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for Fire Suppression Systems and Associated Works – worth up to £150 Million over a five-year period – is now live, enhancing the procurement organisation’s comprehensive fire safety offer.

In addition to accessing lots for fire risk assessments plus passive and active fire safety, Fusion21 members can now also select services including the management of the design, supply, installation and maintenance of fire suppression systems; fire safety works and sprinkler systems and the installation and maintenance of water mist and associated systems.

Suppliers including Aquamatic Fire UK Ltd, Fortem Solutions Ltd and Morgan Sindall Property Services have secured a place on the DPS, having completed a compliant application process which focused solely on experience and capability.

The system will remain open for new suppliers, ensuring access to the best fire safety services and expertise on the market.

Dave Neilson, Chief Executive at Fusion21 said: “Fusion21 members – from social landlords to educational institutions and hospitals – will secure greater efficiency savings and value for money when accessing this DPS, and can now service their fire safety requirements all in one place.

“Following increased demand for fire safety measures, we’re now offering a range of fire suppression systems which meet safety standards and are delivered by high quality fire safety suppliers.”

Fusion21 continues to welcome applications from interested organisations and SMEs that meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation found on the mytenders web portal – www.mytenders.co.uk – under Notice ID DEC149518.

To discuss this DPS further Fusion21 members or suppliers can contact Nick Verburg, Procurement & Supply Chain Manager on 0845 308 2321.
