Affinity Sutton has chosen to procure selected Pre-Construction Services through the Fusion21 Consultancy Framework.
The national housing provider has made the decision to ensure that all projects are procured in an effective, efficient and compliant way.
David Rosbotham, Procurement Manager, Affinity Sutton said, “We always consider a number of procurement routes to ensure we are obtaining best service and best value. Using the Fusion21 framework is the best arrangement for us.”

“One of the key factors for choosing to use the Fusion21 framework was that they provide a managed solution. We can advise our staff to go directly to Fusion21 as opposed to procuring through our own central team. This saves time and enables us to push our staff down the one route for procurement exercises.”
“We undertook a through process in considering the best option and are really pleased with the way the arrangement has been set up.”
He added, “We have seen lots of positivity internally about adopting a new procurement solution and the potential for working with new suppliers.”
Elaine Montgomery, Financial Accounts Coordinator, Fusion21 said, “We are delighted Affinity Sutton has selected our framework to procure their consultants. This framework is very popular amongst our members as it provides compliant procurement solutions for a wide range of pre-construction services.”
