Following a competitive tender process, Fusion21 is pleased to announce the suppliers successfully appointed to its national Construction Consultancy Services Framework, worth up to £175 million over four years.
A total of 120 specialist firms – 85% being SMEs have secured a place on the framework designed to support public sector members to source construction-related consultancy services for the built environment.
Providing regional and national coverage, the framework will support projects of any scale, including those of complexity and high value. It is available to housing providers, local authorities and education, blue light, and NHS organisations and has been set up under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Offering a range of core disciplines from architecture and project management to quantity surveying, and building engineering services, the framework is suitable for various projects. It provides access to experienced, qualified, and competent consultants with credible delivery records and sector knowledge.
The framework is split into 15 lots:
