We’re proud that Sarah Maguire, Head of Social Value at Fusion21, will be speaking at this year’s event:

**Panel: Building the teams and workforce to deliver warm homes**  
23 June 2026, 13:00pm– 13:45pm on the Warm & Healthy Homes Stage.

This panel brings together sector experts to explore how we build the skilled workforce needed to deliver high-quality, warm and healthy homes at scale.

The discussion will cover:

- How effective **procurement models, training and accreditation** can support consistent, high-quality delivery
- Approaches to tackling **labour shortages**, while maintaining standards across housing projects
- The **skills and competencies required** within sustainability and retrofit teams, both now and in the future
