Fusion21 has recently formed a new campaigning alliance for social economy organisations, in collaboration with partners across the sector.
Since the last General Election, the social enterprise and co-operative sectors have shown great resilience and seen a start-up explosion. There is much to celebrate about our sector and all it’s achieving, and it’s very important that the politicians who are deciding on priorities in the run-up to the next General Election know this.
We will be holding social economy panel debates, followed by drinks parties to celebrate the achievement of social economy organisations at each conference. All are welcome to network and get involved with our campaign.
You’re very warmly invited to attend any of the three events, and you can register here.
They will be in Glasgow (Lib-Dem), Brighton (Labour) and Manchester (conservatives). Please feel free to pass this invitation on to colleagues or associates who may already be planning to attend conferences. The Social Economy Alliance events will be a great way to mix with the social economy sector and network, it’d be great to see you there.
