Residents of Hoose Court, in Hoylake, are celebrating the refurbishment of the communal areas around their homes thanks to a partnership brought together by Fusion21’s Groundworks framework.
The work was commissioned by landlord Magenta Living and carried out by contractors A Connolly, delivering an accessible and improved environment for the residents.
The refurbishments included replacing old and failing ramps with a modern wrap around patio area, improved lighting and security. The garden area has had a make over and there is now a pleasant seating area, complete with a picnic bench which seats 8 people and has been donated by Fusion21.
Cliff Stanley, Magenta Living’s Head of Capital Investment, said:”We are delighted with the work that has been carried out at Hoose Court which improves both the access and the environment for tenants."
Steven Grant, Project Manager at Fusion21, said: “We are delighted to see this flagship programme completed and adding some social value which is benefitting the local residents and community. We hope they enjoy the improved environments.”
