Fusion21 has successfully retained its Investors in People (IIP) Gold accreditation – demonstrating our commitment to developing and supporting our employees.
The Gold standard is currently held by 16% of organisations across the UK, who like us, realise the potential of their people.
The assessors were particularly impressed with our approach to performance management, strategic planning and continuous improvement – in addition to our commitment to developing multi-skilled employees through learning and development, plus implementing recognition and reward initiatives.
Feedback also recognised our passion for social impact; supporting staff health and wellbeing and minimising the impact of our operations on the environment.
Mark Chadwick, Director of Business Services at Fusion21 said: “Retaining this accolade is a fantastic achievement and reinforces our continued commitment to delivering excellence in service, social value and people management.
“Our employees are at the heart of everything we do – they are our greatest asset and it’s their shared passion, skills and expertise that help us to make a real impact as an organisation and within local communities on behalf of our members.
“Being accredited by the international standard for people management is a great way of celebrating how we invest in and develop our staff – in addition to recognising how our employees contribute to shaping the future direction of our business.”
Adding further comment Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Fusion21, Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Fusion21 should be extremely proud of their achievement.”
