We’re excited to be attending UKREiiF 2026 in Leeds from 19–21 May, joining thousands of industry leaders for three days of discussion, insight sharing and collaboration across real estate, regeneration and infrastructure.
As Proud Providers of Procurement with Purpose, UKREiiF is the perfect place for us to connect with partners, members and suppliers who share our ambition to deliver meaningful social value through strong partnerships and purposeful procurement.
Attending from Fusion21 this year will be:
Between us, we’re looking forward to great conversations around collaboration, placemaking and how procurement can be a powerful driver of long-term social and economic impact.
We’re also proud to share that Lauren Mannix, our Social Value Manager, will be chairing a panel session on Wednesday 20 May, 2:00–3:00pm.
Titled Beyond Faster Decisions: Planning Reform, Partnership and Social Value, the session will explore why speed alone doesn’t create successful places - and how partnership working and social value can turn planning reform into lasting, place-based outcomes.
The session closely reflects our own approach to procurement with purpose, focusing on early engagement, collaboration and shared objectives to build community confidence and deliver visible impact.
Lauren will be joined by a panel of experts, including representatives from Winvic, Savills, Newlands Property Developments and Knowsley Council, bringing together public- and private-sector perspectives.
If you’re attending UKREiiF and would like to meet up during the event, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch to book time with the team and explore how procurement with purpose can support better outcomes for people and places.
