Fusion21 member Waterloo Housing Group has agreed a contract to carry out responsive repair services across 2,900 properties in the East Midlands, after accessing our Reactive Repairs and Maintenance framework.
Set for completion in March 2021, the housing association has awarded building services specialist MD Group a contract worth £2.2million.
"Due to an existing contract ending, Waterloo Housing had a requirement to secure a new supplier urgently to ensure the seamless continuation of reactive repairs services for residents. The option to direct award has resulted in the new contract being mobilised quickly to avoid disruption to services.”
