The challenge
PA Housing is a social housing provider managing over 24,000 homes across the Midlands, London and the South East. They needed a compliant and efficient route to market to deliver a large-scale retrofit programme across the Midlands and South of England.
The organisation aimed to upgrade more than 3,000 homes through a multi-contractor retrofit programme while maintaining a strong resident-first approach.
