Director of Operations
Peter Francis is Director of Operations at Fusion21 and is responsible for all delivery activity within the business.
He is an experienced director of operations with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Strong operations professional skilled in Business Planning, Procurement, Contract Negotiation, Contract and Commercial Management.

He brings a wealth of experience in finance, procurement and community regeneration over a career spanning 20 years in the private & public sector.

Peter was heavily involved in the delivery of the first Fusion21 Skills and Apprenticeship programmes and continues to be at the forefront in the development of both Procurement Services and Community Regeneration across the business.

Formally the Financial Controller at Fusion21, Peter continues to lead the finance team.

He holds an MSc in Strategic Procurement Management First Class Honours Degree and is an MCIPS chartered procurement professional; a qualified AAT Technician with an HNC in Business Management.
