Our £220,000 investment is supporting the Alliance to link the delivery of sustainable, low carbon housing with the creation of meaningful green employment and career pathways — ensuring that social housing tenants are not left behind in the transition.

The Fusion21 Foundation is providing over £46,000 to co-fund a new programme of life skills workshops, delivered by Weaver Vale Housing Trust. Designed to support adults aged 16 and over, the initiative will help attendees gain the practical tools needed to thrive in daily life and work.

Informed by local community feedback, the Thrive360° programme will offer 17 free workshops for all residents living in Winsford, Northwich, Helsby, Frodsham, and the surrounding rural areas.

With an additional £20,000 in match funding from NAVCA members, the project will create a practical tool to help LIOs better understand and show the difference they make in communities - work that’s often hard to capture, but vitally important.

The Fusion21 Foundation provided £39,295 to Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) to match fund support from Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC), enabling them to co-create a comprehensive Community Researcher training programme.

BVSC piloted training modules with individuals from the community to equip them with the tools to conduct research rooted in their lived experiences and local knowledge. The programme has since been given a Quality Mark by accreditation centre AIM.
