Tudor Grange Academies Trust Awards £6M Total FM Contract
Fusion21 member Tudor Grange Academies Trust has accessed our Compliance & Facilities Management Framework, carrying out a further competition for the delivery of Total FM services.
A 3-year contract - worth £6M - has been awarded to Bellrock Group to provide services to eight academies located across the Worcestershire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Leicestershire areas.
With the contract set for completion in July 2021, Bellrock will undertake soft services such as cleaning and grounds maintenance. Also provided are hard services such as reactive maintenance, planned proactive maintenance, health & safety inspections, building condition surveys and delivering project management support.
Bellrock is deploying their ‘Concerto’ software and a central tool to help ensure the efficient management of the contract and services.
