A fully qualified ACCA professional, Paula has worked in finance for over 25 years. Paula started her career as an Accounts Junior and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of the finance function as she worked her way up to her current role. Paula is passionate about finance and has spent her career working for both not-for-profit organisations and commercial companies in a variety of sectors, including social housing and education.

Paula joined Fusion21 in 2018. She leads the finance team and is responsible for the finance function of all the group companies. Paula is skilled in system implementation and has introduced several systems at Fusion21 which have significantly improved the quality of information and reporting.

In her spare time, Paula enjoys spending time with her young family, going to the theatre, and travelling.
