Who can work with us?
Fusion21 commercial tools are for use by contracting authorities that fall into one or more of the categories listed and can be identified through the links provided on this page. These are the contracting authorities entitled to award public contracts (‘permissible users’) for the purposes of Section 45(5)(f) of the Procurement Act 2023 and Regulation 33(5) of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
This includes contracting authorities that may be a subsidiary, sponsoring department, joint venture, partnership or arms-length organisation of such bodies.
