Clare Connolly is the Social Value Manager at Fusion21, leading the development and delivery of social value through procurement to create genuine, measurable impact.

With extensive experience in social value, Clare is passionate about the difference procurement can make in supporting communities. She works closely with members and suppliers throughout the tender and contract lifecycle, helping design social value approaches, assess valuations, and ensure delivery meets contractual commitments.

Clare represents Fusion21 externally on procurement-related social value topics, sharing best practice, promoting practical approaches, and helping the sector achieve meaningful outcomes. By combining practical delivery with collaboration and engagement, Clare ensures social value in procurement is transparent, robust, and impactful.

When Clare isn’t driving social value, she enjoys performing in local theatre production, embracing life as a new mum, arranging creative games nights

with friends, tackling challenging escape rooms, and spoiling her miniature Chihuahua, who thinks he rules the house.
