Lauren specialises in shaping and delivering effective social value strategies across planning and construction, with a focus on turning commitments into meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Lauren leads on the delivery of Fusion21’s Social Value Through Planning initiative, supporting it's integration from the earliest stages of development. This approach helps embed social value into decision-making, ensuring projects deliver lasting, tangible benefits for local communities.

When Lauren isn’t busy supporting communities through social value, she’s always chasing a good playlist. Whether that's powering through spin classes, dancing at music festivals, sipping a cold drink in the sun, or enjoying life with her beloved dog, Teddy!
