Group Exec Director of Business Services

Mark provides executive leadership across social value, community investment, organisational transformation and corporate services at Fusion21. He has over 20 years’ experience aligning social value with organisational strategy, procurement delivery and long-term community outcomes across the public sector, housing and social enterprise sectors. An experienced executive and board leader, Mark has a strong track record of embedding social impact into business strategy and partnership delivery while balancing commercial sustainability, governance and measurable outcomes. He works closely with public sector partners, suppliers and stakeholders to drive social value delivery through procurement, regeneration and place-based investment.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

• Over 20 years’ experience leading social value, transformation and community investment activity across public sector and social enterprise organisations.

• Executive leadership responsibility for social value, community investment, organisational development, digital modernisation and corporate services within Fusion21.

• Leadership of large-scale social value and regeneration programmes linked to public procurement and supply chain engagement.

• Supporting delivery connected to more than £300m annual public sector spend through strategic supplier partnerships.

• Extensive experience advising Boards and executive teams on governance, organisational resilience and strategic planning.
