What does the Education lot cover?

Education Lot 1b is a Sub-Lot that sits within Fusion21’s national Refurbishment, Construction, New Build and Modular Buildings Framework and supports refurbishment and associated construction works across the education sector.

The Lot is divided into three value bands:

• £0 - £2 million
• £2 million - £5 million
• £5 million+

It enables members to deliver capital works programmes across primary schools, secondary schools, academies, further education colleges and specialist learning environments.

Works may include:

• Internal classroom and teaching space refurbishment
